The box showed up a bit scuffed, which made me a little worried at first. I wasn’t sure if that was a bad sign or if I was just overthinking it, but the mattress itself was wrapped really well inside. No actual damage that I could see, so overall it was okay. I just wish the outer packaging had arrived a little cleaner.

I wasn’t totally buying the usual polished company claims about it puffing up right away, so I just left it alone overnight. By morning, it had expanded like it was supposed to. Took a bit, but it got there.

I bought the Lulu mattress because I was tired of waking up sweaty on my old one, which probably should’ve been advertised a little more accurately if it was going to trap that much heat. This one has been way better for temperature overall. It doesn’t feel icy or anything, just more even, and I’m not constantly throwing the blanket off in the middle of the night.

I’m giving it 4 stars because on really warm nights it can still get a bit warm, so I wouldn’t say it magically fixes everything. But compared to what I was dealing with before, it’s a big improvement, and I’m sleeping a lot better.

I had a small issue with my mattress cover, so I reached out to Lulu Mattress about the warranty. For something like this, I usually expect a bit of back and forth, but they got back to me quickly and handled it without making it complicated. If every warranty claim went this smoothly, I’d have way fewer complaints. Really happy with the way they took care of it
